Peter Brimm Leads GSB Stock Challenge
And He's No Slouch Overall

Peter Brimm, MBA2, is leading the Stanford GSB stock competition with a gain of over 45% since the contest began on 11/15/01. He ranks 22nd out of more than 1,000 entrants in the overall MBA Jungle contest.
According to Peter, his strategy has been fairly simple. Since he has had such poor luck over the past year with his investments, he’s decided that for this contest he would take a different approach. Even though Peter’s 10-page research report for Professor McDonald’s 2nd year elective investment course concluded that Winnebago Industries was a clear sell, he decided to go long instead. The call options that he purchased immediately tripled in value. Very good work…
